1. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel an order anytime before it is dispatched by contacting customer service.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • Velcart may also cancel orders it deems fraudulent at its discretion.

2. Returns

  • Velcart generally does not allow returns or exchanges since they sell consumer electronics.

  • Exception: If the product is damaged at the time of delivery, you may request an exchange.

  • For damaged items, you must contact customer service within 72 hours of delivery. A video of the unboxing showing the damage is required.

  • Do not return the product back to the manufacturer directly.

  • Each damaged-item case is handled individually.

3. Refunds

  • If your order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 days (bank processing times may vary).

  • If a damaged product is returned and approved, the refund is processed in the same period (7–10 days).

  • Note: If you paid an advanced COD amount and refused delivery or don’t accept the parcel, that advanced COD amount is non-refundable (used to cover handling/packing costs).

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • First check your bank account or contact your bank, as refunds sometimes take time to show.
